Bardavon Building Adaptive Reuse Project-Restore NY
The Bardavon Adaptive Reuse Project in downtown Poughkeepsie will adjoin and rehabilitate two adjacent buildings, convert the vacant and underutilized space into 49 residential units, and activate dilapidated retail space on Market Street. Pursuant to the requirement of the Restore NY grant application, a description of the location, size, and nature of each property included in the application, whether the property is proposed to be demolished, deconstructed, rehabilitated, or reconstructed, and the status of the property is as follows:
